		<description>This is very lengthy and time-consuming project, and worth every minute of it - when my daughter did it we could see how it not only served as a cross-curricular assignment but also taught the girls the value and interest family history holds for us all.  Thanks for featuring The Elms and this project!</description>

Also thank you very much for getting a scanner in Special Collections. It has made things much easier also (and cheaper, but who can complain about 5 cent copies.)
Only one suggestion, could there be a link on the Special Collections page to the Sanborn Fire Maps? Or is it there and I&#039;m missing it?</description>
